  1. Hello,

Is there a resource for states that I still have to register if I’m off Megan’s law?? I was just taken off of the registry and Parole supervision in NJ. I plan on travelling to Las Vegas where I’ve visited before so I’m already on their registry and when I called they said I still have to register and can’t be removed. That doesn’t sound right and my attorney said something different. I know you already have a state by state resource but that’s for people who are already on in their home state and want to travel.

    Thank you,
    Chris

    1. Each state on our State law wiki usually lists the requirements for people who might be traveling to the state. Check it out! (and be sure to look at the actual statutes. Don’t take anyone’s word for it – the statute is the final word)

    1. At the bottom of every table (including the advocacy organizations) is a form you can use to submit a new entry. Volunteers will verify the information, and then it will be added to the listings.
